We stayed at the Petra Olive House for one night and it was perfect ! The room is very cosy, so clean you could eat off the floor, the host was extremely kind ! Looking forward to visiting again and would 100% recommend staying at the Petra Olive House !

At the homestay, all units have bed linen and towels. Petra Wooden House was the perfect place to stay when visiting Petra, I only wish we could have stayed for longer! Mahmood is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful, the rooms have everything you need with lots of thoughtful touches. There is also a great view across the city from the rooftop. Walking downhill to the visitor centre for Petra takes around 15 minutes, it is a little hilly coming back but you can also hop in a taxi for less than 5 JOD. I’d definitely stay again 🙂

Good hot shower too. A very kind family will miss them & come back :) :)
