I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean, and the amenities are extremely comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind—they even picked me up from the Liyama station. This is an excellent accommodation if you’re planning to go skiing, as the host is kind enough to drive you to the Liyama station, where you can catch a bus to your preferred ski resort.

Shotaro has even traveled to New Zealand! This is an authentic Japanese experience and the guesthouse while old, is full of character and is clean and comfortable. Wonderfully located in a peaceful part of Matsumoto, with plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance, especially down Nawate street. An easy walk to the beautiful Matsumoto castle, or just to the train station.
