馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou está en Nakatsugawa, a 11 min a pie de Toson Memorial Museum, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The facility that brings back childhood memories from the manga / J series. Everything is so comfortable and clean, the facility is new. Staffs are super duper nice and willing to help. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for anyone who looking for hotel in Magome!

熱海温泉 実の別荘 está en Atami, a 19 min a pie de Playa de Atami Sun y a 27 km de Estación Hakone-Yumoto. Close to 来宮駅 Kinomiya Station just next to Atami. I could walk to Kinomiya shrine from the hotel. Nice view from the room seeing birds and squirrel and I could see the Hatsushima Island. It is very peaceful atmosphere around this area. The Hotel was clean and a nice big size. Private spring bath was great! There was a large window in the lounge room morning sun shine straight through. Owner of this hotel was very kind and helpful. I am very happy to find this Hotel.

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. A few minutes walking from the train station and others touristic places, the location it's so convenient. The common spaces have many Ghibli stuff as decoration, so at some point you feel like you are in a friend's home. Staff are so kind and helpful when we need anything. Bunks has curtains so we have privacy at the dormitory. There is free coffee for everyone! This is the second time I get to Takayama and I loved it as the first time and the accommodation was outstanding for me.

We had a very spacious room, consisting of bedroom, little living room, patio and bathroom. All equipment modern, still very stylish Japanese. Very quiet, little private bamboo forest in front of the window.

長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel se encuentra en Shingu, a 5 min a pie de Kamikura Shrine y a 700 metros de Kumano Hayatama Taisha. The monk who runs the property was so helpful recommending local restaurants and giving advice and even gave us a lift to the station. There were free drinks including alcohol. The rooms are part of a temple. The hotel is very close to the main shrine and not far from the station so a great location. The place to stay in Shingu. Good value for money.

AJITO Hostel & CafeBar está en Shingu, a 2,9 km de Playa de Ojigahama, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis y bar. The owner borrow me their bike and let me check in earlier as well. Even it small. It's super clean and modern. Had a good night sleep here to recharge before heading towards komodo kodo. Kamikura shrine is a must go and the famous ice shave that alot of actor and actress go here. Kid you not.

The description is an example of Japanese understatement! This is a complete house to rent having 2 rooms including all original interior. This really feels like the real life in Japan, the smell of tatami..... The hosts are a special story: friendly and caretaking as one can tell! Picking you up at the station and giving you all kinds of hints and recommendations. The house is not far from the sea so you can walk there for a bath. Walking to the two bind stones along the coast takes you 30min.
