The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

Traffic in Phnom Penh can be nasty, so I will definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse if you want to reach the airport hassle free. It is run by a very friendly family who, despite the language barrier, were helpful and welcoming at all times. The room was very clean, nice and silent AC and on the first floor.
