I would highly recommend Naraya Guest House and if you have reason to stay longer than just overnight because of the airport convenience then do!

It’s a very cozy happy property. Eco friendly and run by the nicest people. Panha was an unbelievable host. He picked me up from the airport at midnight and took me on an incredible outing the next day, helping me to get great prices at the market. I highly recommended staying there.

I really liked the style of the room and the facilities it provided. They had everything you needed, from a TV to an electric shower with nice, hot, consistent water. The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

Room 12 - Studio in a villa 5mn walk from the Royal Palace with swimming pool se encuentra en una zona céntrica de Phnom Penh, a poca distancia de Palacio Real Phnom Penh y Sisowath Quay. Relaxing in the swimming pool (clean by the way). Soaking up the sun. The property has everything including cutlery, a kitchen sink, cloths, office table, hot shower, cups and the like. I enjoyed my stay and can't complain in the slightest.

Traffic in Phnom Penh can be nasty, so I will definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse if you want to reach the airport hassle free. It is run by a very friendly family who, despite the language barrier, were helpful and welcoming at all times. The room was very clean, nice and silent AC and on the first floor.
