Sister of this house was so welcoming me and had a little bit of conversation. also when i asked for the mosquito vapour the manager bought it. People there were nice to me. what even more wonderful was the room, with good facilities and special design.

I had a lovely stay at silver rail. it was in a great location, a manageable walk to Galle fort. The room was comfortable and nice. The family were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Great hosts and beautiful people. Definitely recommend.

Last, but not least,very valuable for money. Great breakfast. Genuine interest of the owner. It was in the midst of greenery and beauty. But a little far from the beach but with a tuk tuk which the hotel arranged just five minutes. It was one of the most relaxing and best holidays ever. Teh swimming pool was clean rooms and bathrooms were also very clean. We were given something for the mosquitos in the room for the night. It was a eco friendly and sustainable kind of villa. Expect to bring your own toiletries since what they give is basic and which is totally fine. There were wonderful cute cats and kittens which added to the charm of the place. Breakfast was basic but again that's ok since we wanted to go explore other places for lunch and dinner so it's good to keep it light. Fruits were very fresh clean and good. Sankar and the night guard made us feel safe and helpful with all requests. Just loved the stay a bit too much that I am now missing it terribly.

I had a fabulous time at this hotel and was very sad to leave after four days. The staff are so kind and they keep the place spotlessly clean, despite being right on the beach. The hotel and feels like a small resort. The property is very quiet and it is easy to pass time between the beach loungers and the pool. The location is fantastic, being walking distance from many restaurants while also being away from the noise of the beach bars. It is also easy and convenient (and fun!) to take the bus to Hikkaduwa, the Tsunami Museum, or Galle from the road outside the hotel. Service at breakfast is also top notch. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to amenities in Hikkaduwa.

Saman and his family are amazing, it’s a beautiful place in front of the beach. They are so welcoming, treating us with candor, the room is so clean! The breakfast is delicious and big!! At night you sleep with the noise of the waves, during the day you can relax seeing the sea just in front of your room. The place is just 7’ away by car from the fort and the old city. We totally recommend to stay in this place!!
