Amazing garden with lovely host close to Rekawa beach where you can watch turtles during night. This is really a gem where you can hang out and swim in the pool, watch lots of birds in the garden and also in the area closeby. We had fantastic meals here and our host and his staff were so observant and kind giving us great advice during our stay. Rooms are large and great. Really cosy place!

Great value. The family that run the homestay are very kind and helpful. Decent WiFi, hot water and AC, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Το Tanzanite place προσφέρει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Goyambokka απέχει 1 χλμ. In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

Το JAMI River Side Hotel & Yala Safari Place βρίσκεται σε Tissamaharama, σε απόσταση 2,1 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tissa Wewa και παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν ποδήλατα, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο... The entire family that run this place are about the nicest people you will ever meet. They did above and beyond to help me out, notably finding and then physically hailing mystery bus #10 direct to Elle which saved me 7 hours travel time. Facilities were clean, comfortable and relaxing even though, because I was too cheap to pay for air conditioning, a little hot in the early evenings. I suggest you choose more wisely. They have free bikes, which I was unable to take advantage of but others raved about and the on site food was very good. Bring guitar pics, music, and a few licks for their talented son.

One of the best experiences in Sri lanka trip within 3 weeks. Amazing place, not only appartment but all Rekava. Definately one of the most underrated places in Sri lanka. If you are in doubts - you definately should go there. Peace, silence, nature, ocean, turtles, amazing people - this is Rekava. Lookout lodge is excelent accomodation - new house, all clean and comfy, perfect location near the beach and turtle watch center. Good restaurant nearby (reccomended by Chami). Excelent breakfast and peacefull conversations with owner. We felt like home there and all our wishes were fulfilled with smile. And - there is a pool now - we where the first users and it is great. Appriciated by our boys. Sorry that we booked just 2 nights there, would have liked to stay at least a couple more days. Amazing people are working there, and they are always ready to help. It is a great place to stay for visiting the Yala National Park.

Διαθέτει κλιματιζόμενες μονάδες με δωρεάν WiFi, καθώς και πρόσβαση σε βεράντα. hospitality was great.only few steps to calm and quiet beach.it has huge balcony area surrounded by mango trees with mangoes.owner gave us some mongoes.room is super clean and big.breakfast was amaizing.highly recomended.

The best stay in Sri Lanka so far. Priya was so helpful! He sent us the bus schedule from Ella to Tissa, he drove us around the lake to see crocodiles and birds, and bats at a late time, he also arranged the safari in Yala for us for a great price, and prepared an early breakfast before leaving at 4:30. He drove us with his tuktuk when we needed to catch the bus to Tangalle and checked that we had successfully arrived. The room was also cozy and the location of the hotel is not far from the main road.
