It was nice to be greeted by the staff upon my arrival and showed to a clean room immediately. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large wardrobe to put all of my things and a full-length mirror. The bathroom was also spotless. The shared living room was nice with comfy couches to sit and talk with other travelers. The kitchen was fully stocked. I absolutely recommend this place and will stay any time I'm back in the area. Also the host was very responsive and helpful before my arrival and during my stay.

We stayed at the donkey clinic for a couple nights and got to know the impact of this place. We highly recommend you come stay at the clinic or at least come for a proper tour and get to know the donkeys and the people behind the project. There is a balcony but no chairs so I don't understand the point of having a balcony without chairs. We didn't want to be sitting in the small room so we were sitting outside on the terrace floor! Not very comfortable.
