Villa Clarissa No. 8 está a pocos pasos de Playa Las Ballenas y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, terraza y cocina compartida. Sascha, Aleksandra and little Mia were such gracious hosts! The villa is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and my room was very clean and comfortable. It's the perfect spot for solo travellers. I met great people at the villa who soon became travel buddies and are now friends. Giorgio was wonderful, answering any questions, making sure I had everything I needed. If you do yoga / meditation there is a beautiful sanctuary set up on the grounds where you can practice. Absolutely sublime! I had the most amazing trip and Villa Clarissa was a big part of that.

Tus Recuerdos es un alojamiento muy bien situado en Santo Domingo que ofrece terraza, wifi gratis y habitaciones con aire acondicionado. The location is perfect and great value, the family running it absolutely wonderful. Small wonder so many expats living elsewhere in the DR stay there regularly when in the capital. Evidently you can't expect 5star luxury for 21 € per night, but all is comfy, the retro decor funky and the large shared balcony an additional plus for relaxation. Great to have a private fridge and kitchen access, though we only used it to make coffee during our short stint. Thanks again for waiting until 1 a.m. because our flight was late.

The place is exceptional and my partner and I was very satisfied. Shane was very responsive and get back to you very quickly upon any request. There is an open area where you can play. My partner and I made use of those board games and pool table. It gave us that time to play with each other and it forced conversation. Just down the street, everything was a blink away. I'm talking food, bus, everything.
