Dona Laura the owner and her husband were wonderful. Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

Close to everything. Easy to get bus anywhere, including the airport. But Uber is pretty cheap. I arrived in the middle of the night. It wasn't an issue. The host sent me check in details in advance and I got to my bed fine. Rooms are very comfortable, with locker space under the beds and padlocks available upon request. Laundry was done quickly and easily for a reasonable price. I didn't use the kitchen except to cut up some fruit I got from the market. The fridge has lots of space. Having drinking water to refill your bottle is great and saves so much plastic. The host is very kind and professional.

Excellent location, just one block to the beach. Very nice and quiet place. It's great that there is also a kitchen, which gives you the option to prepare some food. Also, the owner was very nice, helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend the place!

I knew this place would be next to the mangroves, but I did NOT expect the mangroves to be right next to the open-air common area outside our room! And there's a short 1-2 minute walkway through the mangroves, leading to the river where you can go kayaking and even waterbiking (though there's only one bike). What a beautiful experience to sleep to the sounds of nature and wake up to the birds chirping. I also saw some strange possum/lemur-like animal climbing through the trees while I was having breakfast!
