Fan and AC work wonderfully, I enjoyed the common space/kitchen area as well. Ipoh is unfortunately not very walkable but there are plenty of Grab cabs. The park nearby is really quite nice and something I would recommend visiting in the morning.

The host is very nice, there is delicious chinese tea at your disposal, and the common area is very pretty with artwork and other unique objects. I ended up extending my stay in taiping because the environment was so nice.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, rice cooker, oven, microwave and various cooking utensils. The three staff members were very helpful, check-in was easy and the place was clean. We cooked rice at night and enjoyed having a steamboat in the kitchen, we just bring our own electric steamboat pot.
