The little details make a big difference. It was pouring with rain when we got there and the host pre heated it for us can't thank you enough.

Studio room & bedroom ensuite, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 7 min a pie de Kemp House and Stone Store. We really enjoyed our short stay. Being just a couple of minutes walk from the Stone Store makes it a great location with easy access to the bush walks and waterfalls. Nice to be able to park the car off the road and the studio itself is very quiet and peaceful looking out onto well maintained gardens. The studio is cosy with TV, bench space, toaster, kettle, microwave and utensils. A couple of comfy chairs and a single bed. The main bedroom is spacious with a modern bright and clean ensuite shower, basin and toilet. The hosts are adjacent and are super friendly and engaging, more than happy to help and make sure that you are comfortable. We were initially drawn by the reasonable price and were unsure what you expect, but this place exceeded our expectations.

The Waterfront Studio Opito Bay está en Kerikeri, a 37 km de Opua Forest y a 16 km de Kemp House and Stone Store. The waterfront studio was one of the most scenic places we have stayed. The view is outstanding and the room is excellent. It was so good that we stayed in every night for dinner to enjoy the view and location. We were exceptionally well hosted and the room was great value with breakfast and cheeses provided. We would definitely return and recommend this for your next stay.

Paihia on the Rise, que cuenta con vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con patio a unos 3,3 km de Puerto de Paihia. David and Suz made us feel at home straight away. The accommodation was outstanding, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn't fault anything. I would definitely recommend Paihia on the Rise as a wonderful place to stay. Great value for money, too. Thanks for the fresh fish for dinner, Dave. It was fab!

Beautifully fitted out. The bed was so comfortable! Very private. Great little walk to the Stone Store. We loved looking out the big windows into the garden and eating on the deck. A really relaxing place to stay.

Chris and Val are fantastic, friendly folk and fabulous hosts. Chris is the hostess with the mostess. The rooms, property, and setting are amazing. I admit to letting out a gasp as we arrived and drove down the driveway. The carpet in our room was lush, the bed was super comfy (loved the daisy cushions), everything was clean and spotless, and the shower was probably the best I've ever used in all of my travels. We had a private deck area with comfortable outdoor chairs, a decent sized wooden table, and a large sun umbrella - that was actually easy to simply wind up and down! We looked out onto the manicured lawn, rich foliage, and native trees. It was so lovely to see fantails and hear the chorus of cicadas. The extra touches of biscuits, chocolates - fresh milk in glass bottles in the fridge (to go along with tea, coffee etc) - beach/swimming towels (there's a local swimming hole with a small waterfall nearby), and range of toiletries, added that extra touch of class. The air con, wifi, and TV worked. The changing/wardrobe area was handy, private, and useful - even if we didn't use the lovely robes provided. There's plenty of room to hang and store clothing, and your own safe for valuables (I don't have any!). Parking and getting in and out of the property were a breeze. Chris was happy to help with anything but was never intrusive. She recommended a local place or two for dining, and they were fantastic. We were happy to simply get some fresh towels and milk halfway through our stay, with no pressure or rush to work around inconvenient, compulsory daily service of our room (nor departure as early as possible before 10 am). Everything was classy enough to feel great and make you feel special and comfy enough to be peaceful and relaxing. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. If you stay anywhere else up that way, you're mad. I'm going back ASAP, and I didn't want to leave in the first place.

Karen looked after us so well, so friendly and helpful.Our beautifully prepared fresh fruit / yoghurt breakfasts and home made bread was absolutely beautiful,what a treat! We loved our accommodation,so clean and homely with everything you could ask for,along with a view to die for.. So many little finishing personal touches too,made our Wedding anniversary stay just perfect. We certainly plan to return,so please don't book it up for anyone else !🤣🤣 Thank you so Much Karen.
