The Hunza Lounge is the perfect place to stay in the Hunza Valley. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean with lots of windows. The shower is hot and the bed is super comfortable. There are cosy chairs and coffee table inside the room and it opens onto the BEST private balcony with AMAZING views of the mountains. You could sit on the balcony and watch the mountains forever. There’s a great kitchen you can use and a dining room and rooftop sitting area where you take in the view while eating the delicious breakfast provided and drink tea. Karimabad village is a short walk up the hill where there are plenty of shops and good restaurants (Hidden Paradise has excellent traditional Hunza food). The owner, Noushad, is a fabulous host. He is lovely, speaks perfect English and is totally committed to making sure you enjoy your stay. Noushad will go out of his way to help you organise anything you need. We had the best time going on tours with him to the Khunjerab Pass, the old settlement of Ganish (his village), and the other local sights. It’s very relaxing and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

What a man he is Mr. Saqlain Sb owning a hotel named "Stay is Skardu". His cooperation & facilities are exceptional since picking from the airport till your departure/check out from the hotel, transport services are also available within a reasonable prices. I strongly recommend the visitors to contact Mr saqlain to avail the best/reasonable service in skardu.

Had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean with great views of the valley and mountains. Staff provided all amenities on check in (clean towel, soap, toilet paper) and always made sure any of my requests were met. Breakfast was included for free and dinner provided at a cheap price. There were some issues with warm water for shower however staff gave me keys for another room that had a working shower AND a gas stove to warm water when I wanted for baths. Overall very happy and great value.

Everything is fine, Tahir, the owner of the facility, is an exceptionally helpful and obliging person. If you want, he will organize a trip around the area on his motorcycle or car. Hospitality above standard, I definitely recommend it to future guests.

I had an excellent stay at Northlander Guest House.The hospitality was warm, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and welcoming.
