Nice sitting area on the ground floor. The owners speak excellent English and are interesting people. Very helpful as is Penny, the lady who works the front office. They all gave good information about Hua Hin in general and specific activities and markets etc. The location is near the beach but away from the crowded area. I look forward to staying there again on my return trip.

Owner is very friendly, hospitable and generous. They are genuinely concerned for their guests. Room is of good size (maybe a little tight for 2 persons). There are adequate power outlets to recharge devices. Air con is super strong. Wifi connection is great. Common bathroom is very clean. Just a stone throw away from the beach. Tons of eateries and massage parlor around the property. Convenience stores and night market are a few minutes walk from the property.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Sam Roi Yot area. Poon and Michel are excellent hosts and they give you good tips. Excellent breakfast available made fresh by Poon.

Estancia maravillosa. reservamos 3 noches y al final nos quedamos 5 noches. La habitación perfecta, super limpia, el aire acondicionado perfecto y el wifi muy bien. Piscina y zona de comedor de 10. Aunque lo mejor fue el trato recibido por parte de los dueños, super atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa, te hacen sentir como en casa. Te dejan bicis gratis o puedes alquilar una moto allí mismo a buen precio. En definitiva, un alojamiento TOP.

Ning and her mother were extremely helpful with everything we needed. They brought us every morning a little detail for breakfast and organized us the scooters. You will need them to explore the surroundings. The bungalows are basic and not really high end but the heartly welcome of this Thai family run resort is amazing. We prolonged two nights because we felt at home at this place. Definitely great value for the price.

Super friendly couple of owners. Extremely clean. Location is good, in a quiet area, but within walking distance from restaurants. The little free breakfast and tea/coffee corner is an amazing plus.

Baan Nokkamin Seaside in Hua Hin - บ้านนกขมิ้นซีไซด์ หัวหิน está a pocos pasos de Playa de Khao Tao y ofrece piscina al aire libre y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi... I had an absolutely extraordinary weekend at this hotel. The owners are incredibly kind, always attentive, and exceptionally helpful. The place is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the beach just a short walk away. I truly hope to return soon, and I recommend this place 100%.
