This hotel is both those things and more. Really friendly staff, efficient but relaxed, exceptionally tidy and clean. Safe and quiet. Stylish throughout. A gem!

This recently renovated homestay is located less than 1 km from Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and a 11-minute walk from Times Square. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The shared kitchen had everything to prepare meals. Filtered water, coffee, sugar and basic pantry items were available for the guests. The fridge had a portion segregated for each room. The patio had a few chairs and umbrellas and was a great place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evenings. Staff was always available in case we had any questions/issues. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 8.6 km from Belmont Park Race Track. Miad is very friendly, it is very spacious, extreme value for the price. Helped me to order dinner and offered himslef to pickup and deliver food for me. As I had a long layover this place is perfect, 15 mins from JFK. Would recommend this place and for sure will come back.

The room was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and nice, the shower was very specious and had a lot of good quality towels. The beds were big and everything was clean. We loved the place.

The place is really quite and clean, easy to get in contact with the owner of something is wrong, the area is close to food store if you want to buy stuff or Uber eat. Really a very great place .
