Very very clean, good quality furniture and bed. I am very happy we could use the common kitchen facilities and that filtered water was provided. Rik was very helpful and friendly. Very silent and away from traffic noise, although around 8/9am I heard some roosters. But compared to other accommodations in Hanoi, this is an oasis of calmness.

Tranquility Stay was a perfect place all-round: from the room itself which was clean, comfortable, and spacious, to the location which was super convenient in a busy area (but quiet inside!), everything was great! Stella is an amazing host who will ensure you feel happy and have everything you need, as well as offering great advice on where to go and what to see. The breakfast is simple but delicious and fresh, and always served with a big smile.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Feels like home. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

We were given extra blankets during our stay and looked after really well.

Located on the third floor where you could escape from all the noise and hustle of the city, this homestay was the perfect oasis in the middle of Hanoi. I loved that it was smack dab in the middle of the city, while also providing a quiet spot to get away from everything going on below. This was exactly what I needed, and the host was one of the most sweet people I’ve ever met. You can’t miss staying here if you want to visit downtown Hanoi!!! 11/10
