They booked our domestic flight for us and gave us restaurant tips and recommended nice tours as well! We even extended our stay, which was no problem at all. Would definitely stay there again!

It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Mr Hy the owner is incredibly accommodating. His staff is really sweet. Room 302 perfect partial view of the ocean, but very private.

Dorm is big and its clean, the bathroom has everything you need and its really clean. For the price you definitely go out on top pf this one.

The location of this place is awesome - right on the main island. Close to the markets. And they had free bikes that we took all around town and even all the way to the beach.

He is very supportive.

Το LOCAL BEACH FRONT VILLAS διαθέτει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi, κήπο με βεράντα και θέα στη θάλασσα. Highly recommend a stay here. Few steps to the beach with free sun chair and umbrellas. Owners sister has restaurant you can order fresh and delicious food/drinks on the beach. The room is clean, fresh, big and new. There is a nice pool, delicious breakfast for order and the owner is very kind and helped with organizing tours and taxis. I’ll stay again if I am able to come back!

Το Chàm’s Corner Lookout Homestay & Restaurant παρέχει καταλύματα σε Tân Hiệp με θέα στη θάλασσα και περιλαμβάνει κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία, βεράντα και μπαρ. Wonderful stay at this homestay! The host is very responsive, helpful and kind. She even proposed to us to take a shower at her bathroom after our checkout as we were coming back from the beach. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and with a nice sea view!
