Great hostel with amazing atmosphere and clean facilities. I stayed in a private room (sleeps 3) with shared bathroom. It was great value. It is located 300m from the bus terminal so very convenient if coming or going by bus. It's a down hill 10 min walk to the centre of town, with a serviced laundromat around the corner. Facilities were all clean and staff very friendly.

Woow I was so surprised by hospitality of host. I booked last minute . Came after midnight. She was not sleeping and waiting me . And not with angry face but with smile and gave me room without nobody inside (even if I booked 4 beds dormitory) . Like this I didn’t disturbed sleeping people . Everything was net and tidy in the structure . I was able to use all kitchen Coffe/tea even after 00:00 when I checked in. In the morning lady made all possible to find taxi as I was heading to airport early morning .hospitality 5 stars ! Would come back again :)

Friendly stuff!! The hostel has a great big area to stay , big kitchen to prepare your food, nice locker room and spacious. Nice room with heater and decent locker box. Hot water in decent bathroom. Overall good place to stay!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the genuine hospitality of the owner. He was always attentive, ready to help with anything we needed, and shared great tips and recommendations, all with a warm smile that made us feel at home. The accommodation is perfectly located in the city center, with everything just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I prefer to stay in Hostel Elal when in El Calafate because it's cozy, clean, warm, quiet, cheap, tidy. The staff are friendly, there's a good kitchen and the WiFi is fast. Oh and they have free coffee.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us to book a tour to the glacier with them for cheaper than we had found online, and a taxi to the bus station. The hostel was well maintained and very clean. They provided free coffee and some basic cooking items such as oil. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and crockery - perfect for us as we cooked all of our meals during our stay.

Staff were super helpful! Sent us a map of the town with things to do, and helped us with what we needed to know about the day trips glacier and Fitzroy! Great breakfast and clean and new facilities and heated floors. Best hostel we've stayed in Argentina!

The tours they offer in the hostel are much cheaper than the ones you see on the internet or in agencies in the city center. I definitelly recommend taking a tour with the hostel, I did and it was really worth it! The beds are comfortable, internet was okay, there is a very well equipped kitchen, clean toilets. Hot showers. Warm sheets.

Nice quiet hostel only 10mins walk from the main hub of town. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. The people working there were really helpful and we booked a trip to Perito Moreno with them for much cheaper than we'd seen online.

Well-located hostel, with all the supplies needed for a short or long stay. They also provide a few services (tours to perito moreno + airport shuttles) with a very competitive price. Since the pick up for all these services is at the hostel door, it's super convenient and cheaper than all the other tours we could find.
