The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs. I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service. The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool. I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.

Really exceptional accomodation and service. We stayed in a dozen places in Switzerland, and this really stood out. Big room, modern bathrooms and really comfortable bed. The staff went to great lengths to make the stay excellent.

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

When I read about having a direct view of Matterhorn, I thought it was a click bait, I was genuinely surprised. Lucky are those people who get to have room on the front side of the building, you can go to sleep and wake up to the majestic beauty provided there sky is clear
