Hotel is located in a central area and indeed has villa concept. Staff were very friendly and full of positive energy. For staying here, you also get a free city travel card which allows you to use public transportation free of charge and get discounts on certain attractions. My room's mountain view was also amazing.

Christoph was incredible. Such a beautiful place and the view is unbeatable. He was also so nice about dinner (which was delicious) and I mentioned I was living off bread and coffee and he made me a plate of vegetables after the kitchen had closed. Just so nice to talk to and super hospitable!

Very good location with public transport access to villages in the Jungfrau/Interlaken area. Beautiful scenery, walks etc nearby. Fantastic breakfast selection of breads, cheeses, meat and pastries taken at the hotel attached. Helpful staff. Free bus and train travel into Interlaken included (or a 45 minute walk via the Rugenbrau brewery, bar and restaurant)

The location of this hostel is breathtaking. You are surrounded by mountains. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Bf was included, and let me tell you, what a great breakfast! They offered pizzas for a cost at night, and they looked amazing! Drinks were also available. The shared dormitory was ok, and the whole house too. Toilet facilities shared but cleaned.
