I stayed here for 1 night during my trip to Eastern China and liked it so much that I stayed there again when I came back to Shanghai from Hangzhou. I especially liked the comfort of my room, the location and the great service mentality of the staff, particularly Tang who kindly handled my check-in and check-out.

The human and sweety atmosphère The kindness of Maria ,Vicky, Corn is awesome, they have a good mindset and have freetime to explain everything. The etablishment is very clean, sophistiqued. The soap and the shampoo is good qualité and smell good. Enjoy!!

I stayed at a Dengba hostel near Guilin Park Metro Station in Shanghai, and the location was really convenient. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station, which is on Lines 9, 12, and 15, so getting to Xujiahui, People’s Square, and other places was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn’t have to go far for meals or supplies. The staff were professional and friendly. I arrived a bit early, and they helped me store my luggage and patiently answered my questions about transportation and the area. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly when I needed help. The room was clean and tidy; overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good value.

Very good location, close to the main places in Shanghai and also the metro station people square. Especially really good work of Rachel at the reception, she was wonderful in her help, I did a mistake in my booking and she solve immediately after another colleague said me I had to fix by myself, Rachel just did it then.. really appreciate. Like a hospitality business owner, Rachel is pretty good in her job (I’m not sure if she was the manager, but she could be for sure), so kind, helpful, problems resolving, proactive, lovely with the customer, she improved my experience there in a 100% from the beginning until the end 😀 Thank you Rachel
