This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! A wide bed with a comfortable mattress and pillow, a bright and spacious 8-bed room, and a towel provided free of charge. Clean toilets and showers with no queues, a super-comfortable kitchen with everything you need — even a dishwasher. There’s also a laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating — they even let me check in early at no extra cost. I was working during my trip and really appreciated the chance to work at a separate desk on the second floor, in almost complete silence, which made it easy to hold meetings comfortably. The bus stop to the airport is right outside the hostel’s door, and there are plenty of bars and shops just a short walk away — absolute delight!

The hotel was good, with nice personel, clean rooms and other facilities (i.e. shower, kitchen, etc.). The tram stop is nearby. It may take some time to get to the center of Berlin, but the public transit works at day and at night.

I was afraid at first cause the bad reviews and the elevator not working. Glad to say everything was amazing! Stayed for 9 days, staff was great, location is amazing and the rooms and bathrooms clean and comfy. The only thing that bummed me out a bit was the kitchen that they left notice will be closed at 08/15 permanently cause of some troubled guests which was fine by me. But then they closed it couple of weeks earlier without notice. Other than that, again, was a - m - a - z - i - n - g - !

The hostel has a room with an iron and ironing board, which was great for me as I need it. It was the first time trying the capsule thing and it was better than expected. I felt like the space was big enough for me. Very clean, the lockers were great, clean and big bathrooms.

I liked that we could arrive anytime after 2 p.m. and that we had a self check-in. The host was really nice and tried for really make our stay enjoyable.
