Fantastic staff. I showed up a bit unwell, and they were very helpful with helping me given this, making fresh tea for me, finding me a pharmacy, and even pointing out where to get fresh orange juice. The rooftop sitting area is very nice: as are the staff. I booked a tour through them of the West Bank, which was very good value.

Soon as you are greeted at the hostel you know you've found the right place.They all treat you like family and you become apart of the family from breakfast at the table with everyone to night time conversations outside in the seating area..The man Ziki will sort any trips you need to do at a good price and he will tell you straight he helps so many people out getting hotair balloon rides and to all the attractions like west bank and east bank temples and tombs.,and we all had a wonderful time thanks to zikki he is a true asset to the hostel and gets the job done.was fortunate to be at the owners birthday party which all guests were invited had such a good time.A nice homely hostel .

The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant, they helped us with everything always with a smile. It has been a pleasure to share 2 days of our trip in this hostel. We took 2 excursions, one of them in a balloon and everything was perfect.

The staff and the owner are very friendly and accommodating. The wifi wasn't working in the first room, so the owner promptly moved me to another room. The owner was able to find the 3 tours I needed. He did my laundry for free. He gave me 5 USD discount for my 2nd night.
