The staff member (Natalia) was very diligent. I arrived late hours and didn't have a towel prepared as agreed before my arrival (lil mistake, no problem) reached out to her throughout the hostel WhatsApp around 23:30 and immediately she responded and sorted it out right away (thanks! big time). The hostel is very clean and the rooms are big enough to feel comfortable.

Very friendly personal, it was tidy and clean, the common areas for everyone such as the kitchen, where you could cook and the hall are such a nice plus. Good washing machines also available.
