I liked everything! For starting a very good location, 12 minutes walking from the main train station in Helsinki, close to the main spots, good restaurants, shops, museums and art galleries around, nice vibe in the neighbourhood. The hostel itself is really cozy, very warm in winter, clean room and bathrooms, big, clean and well equipped kitchen. And the staff, they all were very kind and helpful. I definitely will return next time I visit Helsinki.

The hotel is about 30 minutes' walk from Central Station. The surroundings are very modest, but everything is tidy and quiet. It is very convenient that the hotel has a bar offering food and drinks at good prices. There were no problems getting an invoice. The staff is also helpful.

A very comfortable and a very friendly place. I recommend staying in this hostel if you want to explore Suomenlinna. It is accessible from Helsinki by a ferry which travels 2-3 times an hour and is a part of the city public transport system. There is a shop in close proximity to the hostel which was quite handy, as we visited the island in low season in October when restaurants were already closed. The hostel offers complimentary tea and coffee, there are microwave ovens and fridges at each floor in dining areas. Clean and cosy.
