Very good located. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was included. The room was big and we even had a balcony to the canal. Super recommendable!

Breathtaking view from the window! Incredible sunrise forever in my heart! Great location - very close to vaporetto and boats! It’s very convenient if you arrive by car, you can park at Marive Transport with a discount and take the shuttle that will take you directly the Hotel. The hotel is located in quiet areas but at the same time close to all attractions. Room has everything for comfortable staying, everything is clean and orderly. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again!

I like everithing.Except for the venetian man in the last room. Hey snored and yelled constantly,as well as smoking where It was forbidden and dirtying the bathroom.

+ Location was perfect, really close to the train station which was our main way to travel to Venezia + Super clean room & public areas + Really nice and friendly staff helped us whenever we needed + Room was very nice size, bed was super comfortable, great bathroom with hair dryrer etc.
