Host is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Facility is well stocked and clean, with instructions in both English and Japanese. The host also provides a bar downstairs and provides a free drink to each guest per night, which makes it fun and easy to socialize with other travelers.

Excellent value for the price! Staff was very warm and welcoming, the room and the entire hotel were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a quiet side alley of a major street, so it's easily accessible by public transport but nice and quiet. Walking distance from a major shopping district.

Amazing and helpful staff, very responsive and engaged. We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

I really recommend this hostel it is low key the CLEANEST and most comfortable I've ever been to. I literally don't want to leave but the trip must go on. The bed is spacious, shower and bathroom amazingly clean. Kitchen is small but equipped with everything you might need and all the utensils look like new. Location is good, there's tram stop nearby that gets you easily to the nearest jr train station if you need to move out of the city, there's also several bus lines that in a few stops bring you to Hiroshima Station. Extra points for the friendly staff. 10/10 experience.

Everything is perfect, the room is warm in winter. Staff is very nice and friendly, location is also good, near to Hiroshima station, however it takes a while walking to central area.
