The tree house is very unique and the kids absolutely loved the fact there was an actual tree in the room. Beds are comfy, and we were greeted with the most delicious lime juices by our host which was 100% needed after a long hot bus ride. Dinner was delicious and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff had loads of activities on that were really good value and they sort anything you need. The make amazing dinners for a small fee and the tree houses were such a fun idea and we met so many lovely people

Nimeshikha is a wonderful, kind host. Staying in this hostel feels like a genuine cultural experience as you feel part of the family and the two little children are always running around and wanting to interact with you. Nimeshikha serves a delicious breakfast every day and she has her restaurant on site if you wish to eat lunch or dinner! My top tip: don't book any tours on Getyourguide as Nimeshikha's husband can arrange everything at a cheaper price! I arrived in Sigiriya with no plan, but the two hosts were able to advise me and help me organise everything. I extended my stay by two more nights and had three beautiful days exploring Sigiriya and nearby sites. A big thank you to Nimeshikha and Nuwan!

Everything was perfect! It was such a wonderful place to start our trip. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were super comfortable. The bar was such a cozy and fun spot to hang out, and the staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. The cooking class is also an absolute must-do and highly recommended. This place was just awesome! Clean bedroom and bathroom, peaceful and quiet surrounded by nature, cute dogs who are well-treated, yummy breakfast. Hammock was a big win. As a solo female traveller, Diwa made me feel safe and welcome, and helped me to plan my itinerary. He also took me on a tour which was very informative. Highly recommend.
