We had such a nice stay at this hostel. The room was clean and comfy. Location was so beautlyful, directly at the lake and outside of the town. Staff was really friendly! We also rent a kayak and bike for free. Highly recommended <3

Our stay at White House was absolutely amazing, the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka by a mile. The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. We spent five days here and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The highlight of our stay was the host, who treated us like a family and made us feel so welcome. The people are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The garden is really nice and peaceful and backs on to the beach. It was really nice to have the option of food too.

Best hostel I stayed in all of Sri Lanka. Room is beautiful. Common space is huge and easy to meet people. Full kitchen, fridge, free chilled drinking water. Right next to the beach that's great for surfing and also next to the bus stop to Galle Fort. Price is amazing. And the only place I stayed that took credit card payment!

Really nice and relaxing place, right on the beach front. The staff is great, attentive and always ready to help. I liked the place so much that i extended my stay twice. The staffs are just so fantastic. I was super confused with the airport highway bus and one of the staff came all the way with me to help and check if I'm taking the right bus😭 And they always come to ask you if you need anything. The room is hotel quality, felt really safe in the hostel too. Location is great, you can easily get to the Galle fort on foot or by tuktuks. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week at Sanithu Homestay! I don’t even know where to start, our time there felt like a little fairytale. We woke up to the sounds of birds, the green garden and immediately felt home from the first day on. Besides the amazing garden and terrace, we enjoyed being around this amazing family! All four of them made our time very special! Champi is an outstanding cook and did her magic every day for breakfast and dinner, considering our requests and being very passionate about sharing her knowledge about Sri Lankan food. We loved all the meals and each day were already looking forward to the next dish. We hope to be back some day and will keep these memories for ever in our hearts. Thank you so much!
