Hotel looked very new. Beautifull social places on the first two floors: cafe, kitchen, laundry room, but the best is the zen style library. Rooms are small, but new, clean and well designed. Safe and closed parking offered for 100 twd per night, which is great as I arrived by car. Also new washing and drying machines in the basement, you can quickly wash your stuff with a few coins.

Lobby with vegetation is very pleasant and peaceful, i like the falling patio with vegetation, everything was perfect, personnel is so kind and pay attention to your needs.

Very nice owner. He let me check in early. Very clean and comfortable. I departed early in the morning and he still made me breakfast-very nice! Even gave me fruit and an energy drink for my bike ride. Cheers!

The hostel was clean and felt very welcoming. We had two nice and quiet nights. We could use the hostel bikes for free, which meant that we could get to the city center in only 7 minutes. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The location is only a few minutes walk from train station and the dircetions were veyr clear on how to get there. The staff were very helpful and the place was lively with other hikers and travelers. They offer free bike use which was veyr nice to go and see parts of the city.

The manager Nick truly went above and beyond. He sent us a message with recommendations right as we arrived and he was always available when we had questions. He helped us rent bikes, book a surfing lesson and find the right bus to the harbour. The place itself is really well decorated, laid-back and comfortable. The double room we stayed in was the nicest room during our trip so far. Overall, we would gladly stay again at the Travel Bug!

I loved my stay! The accommodation is SO cozy, walking in felt like coming home. Great place to relax. The team is also so helpful and nice :) They helped me arrange my visit to Luye Hot Airballoon Festival (definitely recommend to go!) and helped with taxis.
