I really enjoyed my stay at the Lazy Cat Homestay. The beds were super comfortable and the place is nice and clean, you can check in anytime you want (which really helps because the night busses mostly arrive in the middle of the night), you get the free breakfast which includes two eggs, toast and some fruit + coffee if you want and there is a snack table that is available to you all day long, with free drinkable water. The owner and the girl helping there were both so kind. I did the Ha Giang loop with the hostel and i really loved it. I loved that we were in a really small group, our easy drivers were super nice and fun and the tour includes a lot of places that some agencies skip. So I would definitely recommend taking the tour with them. They also arranged the bus to Sapa for me. And you can also do the laundry with them. So overall it was a perfect hostel to stay at☺️

Breakfast is normally served from 8 AM, but on the day of our departure, they kindly prepared it for us at 7 AM. We have been traveling in Asia for several months now, and unfortunately, we’ve increasingly felt that in many places, people see us merely as walking wallets. Because of this, we arrived here with a certain level of distrust… But this place and these people completely proved us wrong. They genuinely wanted to help us in any way they could, not because they expected anything in return, but simply because they are good people. What can be said about NoMadders and Ross… It’s hard to put into words just how wholesome, helpful, and amazing Ross is. He started assisting us even before we arrived in Vietnam, and from the very beginning, he proved to be one of the coolest people you could ever meet. From booking our motorbike to giving us invaluable advice—everything went smoothly from start to finish. Well, it’s actually hard to talk about "the finish," because Ross continues to help us throughout our stay in Vietnam. Our daily chats with him genuinely brighten my day. About the property… The bungalow looks like it was taken straight out of Bali—minus the ocean and sand. You wake up to a perfect view of the pool, the hostel, and one very handsome bald guy. The food is delicious and truly captures the taste of Vietnam. The drinks and cocktails are carefully selected and mixed, creating an unforgettable experience. Rain or shine, staying at NoMadders is simply f***ing awesome. If you’re ever considering a trip to Ha Giang, choose NoMadders. You won’t find a more perfect place in all of Vietnam.

No need to check other places. Bong Hostel is doing great. Its location is quite central and bus companies can drop you off and pick you up easily. (They provide bus tickets as well) Rooms and beds are nice and beds have curtains for privacy. More important thing is that the breakfast is included. You can enjoy the breakfast options and have some fresh fruit. They have a pool table, Playstation when you need to rest after or before the loop. So, this is more than a hostel. On the other hand, I'll write about the tour and their guidance. They do care about safety and (I don't know maybe it was our luck) their groups are smaller than other companies. I saw some companies with 20-22 motorbikes and they were rushing all the way through. Moreover, I witnessed a couple of accidents of those tours, even the easy riders fell down. However, Diep, who is our guide, is such a careful, helpful, and joyful person. We had a nice time and ride with him. He didn't rush, and always cared about us, felt us safe and comfortable. Last but not least, motorbikes were clean and new and the hostel provides raincoats and safety equipments for your knees and elbows. To cut it short, if you are reading this comment, don't spend more time on searching for a place. Book your bed and tour, enjoy your time in Ha Giang.
