I got there by mistaken however, it was the best choice so far. Lovely staff, specially “Na” I run cash out and my credit card did not work neither, though they helped me to figure out. Very obliging people all time.

Honestly i can’t thank enough. The receptionist and other staff are so kind and accommodating. We stayed from 10th of June to 13th and sadly one of us got really sick and they helped us so much. We booked ticket to next place and we’re gonna loose money as couldn’t travel but they changed the date and even sorted a private room for us so we could stay and rest for extra night. Both of the girls were so kind and smiley and always ready to help. Location is good, very close to the walking street. Good restaurants nearby and can take grab bike to everywhere within 15 min. It was super clean and beds were comfy. Once again i can’t thank enough, both of the girls were legends. Highly recommend to stay here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rubis Hostel in Hue, Vietnam, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The hostel is perfectly situated in the city, just a short walk away from the Van Van Tomb and other key attractions. It's also close to many local restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are all impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job ensuring that everything is tidy and comfortable. They offer fantastic facilities for guests. The dormitory beds are equipped with privacy curtains, individual reading lights, and power outlets. There is also a cozy common area with comfortable seating, ideal for meeting fellow travelers or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure guests have a great stay, offering excellent recommendations for local dining, tours, and activities. The only problem is that they are local women of the city some people don't speak english with us

It was perfect. The Family is very friendly and helpful. I love her Coffee so delicious. The Mother is so sweet and funny as well and her Son is very kind and he speaks very well english. They organize a Bus to Ninh Binh for us. We're so glad that we stayed in this wonderful Homestay.
