I ended up staying for 2 weeks there. The staff is awesome (super helpful friendly and always going above expectations, brought me to the hospital after an allergic reaction and accompanied me to the vaccination center after a dog bit me, arranged public viewing in town for me since all the bar would usually be closed at the time of the games) and the place is practically new! Best value for the money ever!!! It's also nicely situated right next to the public bathing area aka the water falls next to the street.

Such a well designed space for hanging out with other guests or Ross himself! We loved our wee bungalow so much and the bed was dead comfy. The whole property was spotless and very relaxing, plus the food was incredibly tasty. Ross was so helpful with giving us directions and advice and even took us on a very fun side mission through what he claimed was a road, but looked more like a mud bath. We’re so thankful to have ended our northern trip with such a lovely stay!

The people that work here are amazing they was so nice and helpful the breakfast was amazing also. I have stayed in many hostels around Asia and this has to be the cleanest and most cumfy one I have stayed at. It feels like home. Perfect if you plan on doing the ha giang loop.
