Το Ziu Guest House, στον προορισμό Μπεράτ, προσφέρει καταλύματα μόνο για ενήλικες με κήπο και βεράντα. I had some issues with my itinerary and was unsure about staying in Berat, but after getting to the guest house I decided I had to stay. It was the place where I had the most authentic contact with locals during my travel around the country. The father is really nice and welcoming, he let me check in quite early and everything was clean and prepared for the guests. Comfortable beds and pillows with lockers, 2 towels per guest, slippers available, each room has a fridge and a jar of drinking water. The bathrooms were clean and with shampoo/soap. They also have an amazing terrace to relax. They offered me some local drinks in the evening and we talked about life in Albania. Thank you for hosting me, this was my favorite accommodation in Albania.

The hostel is clean, new, well equipped and comfortable It is possible to do laundry (for extra payment) Location is good, close to a free parking I highly recommend staying in this hostel

Super friendly host, nice balcony to chat with people, extremely clean rooms, located in the old town of Berat.

Nicola and Victoria are a lovely couple who made me feel truly at home during my 5-day stay. The hostel is very clean and well maintained, and although they are new to hosting, they are absolutely wonderful. They always ask guests for feedback to make sure everything is fine or to see how they can improve. They took care of me as if I were their daughter, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and hospitality

I liked everything. Clean bed, clean toilet. Quiet at night. Two towels were provided for free. Small shampoo were also provided. There is a refrigerator in the room. Exceptional. feel like I stayed in a hotel. The host was very kind. Less than 5minutes from bus station. I really satisfied about my stay. Highly recommended

The cleanliness of the whole property. The amenities available. And the location, calm and peaceful. And of course the host. Was very kind.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Edward the owner was super nice and made sure we stay comfortably. At night it was cold but thankfully the heating system is very efficient and kept room warm. The location is perfect. We can walk to main town in 5 minutes. The breakfast they serve is coffee, eggs, bread and sausage. It was simple and delicious. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

Maya hostel is everything you expect from a hostel when traveling, Miri the owner is really nice (even dropped me at the bus station at the end of my stay), he'll be an asset in your stay in Berat. The place is a traditional ottoman house and is kept spotless. The terrace is giving you an amazing view on the castle and the hill it is on. We even got to make a fire and grill some sausages on it. Every bed's got large curtains allowing you to have some privacy in the dorms and all the rooms are equipped with AC. Part of the staff are travellers staying in for a month or more so you'll have a family vibe arriving, everyone knows each other or will do very soon. Big recommandation on the Wine tour offered by the place, 30 quids for visiting a beautiful winery working with local grapes. Careful Albanians are a fun bunch and very generous. You will end up with more wine and raki in front of you than expected. Eating before is mandatory even if cheese, fruits and various snacks will be served during the evening. Aside Berat being a really cute place, it is the hostel and its staff that made me stay longer in the region. Thanks guys, I'll be seeing you here or further down the road.
