This is more like staying in someone’s home than a typical hostel. The hosts are incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, helpful — and generous. They are what makes this place so special. The breakfasts are fabulous, and in addition to the traditional welcome beverage they fed me a wonderful lunch one day washed down with raki. You can also do laundry free of charge. The location is fine, but be warned that it is about a 15 minute walk to the tourist area. No problem at all for any healthy person, but it may not be the best for someone with limited mobility. On the plus side, that means it’s much quieter; it’s also a short walk from the bus station, but the last part is very steep. Again, no problem for me but it could be for someone else. Communication is a bit challenging but we managed; I will stay here again.

They have the cutest rooms and the location is perfect. Bathrooms are also really nice and clean. Boss and staff (Caroline) are soo friendly and always trying to help. They also found a bed for me when I wanted to extend my stay, even though on booking it said they were fully booked. Since they just opened recently, they might add a common area, which would be a nice addition. Would always come back.
