First and foremost, the location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Shkoder we were within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. What truly set North Star Hostel apart, however, was the outstanding staff. From the friendly receptionists who greeted us upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was the secure parking for our motorcycles. As avid riders, having a safe and designated parking area for our bikes was a major priority. We could relax and enjoy our time in the city knowing that our bikes were in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Whether you're visiting Shkoder for business or pleasure, this hotel truly has it all – great location, comfortable accommodations and of course, secure parking for your prized possessions. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the city!

The staff was courteous and polite; the common areas are well thought out and kept clean. I didn't rent a bicycle, but there were many on offer, and probably the best way to maneuver around Shkoder. The breakfast was an added bonus and was beyond expectations.
