We had room number one and woke up with an amazing view onto the alps so close you can almost touch them. The kitchen is really well equipped. We picked up some supplies for breakfast. Instant coffee, sugar, salt, herbal teas were already there in abundance. Plus they sell local cheese directly from the kitchen fridge. Also, when we left, I had forgotten my purse! The owner came running after us (a good 500 m) to bring it to me! That's what I call SERVICE!

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The host were kind and approachable. Clarified all our doubts and gave very helpful informations. Would love to visit again before I turn 35 :)

Reopened in April 2018 after extensive refurbishment and surrounded by a quiet garden with a terrace outdoor chess and morris, this youth hostel in the centre of Bern is just a 5-minute walk from the Swiss Parliament and the Aare River. Free Wi-Fi is available. I absolutely love this hostel. Every thing is perfect. Good location & very friendly staff 🥰
