I visited in September 2024, which was a calm, sunny and warm time of year. I will be back!

Located in Engelberg, 500 metres from the Titlis Rotair Cable Car, Engelberg Youth Hostel features a buffet restaurant and a summer terrace. A ski school and the European Walking Tours Office are reachable within a 2-minute walk. Rooms are big and clean. One has a little place above the bed, so they can put some of their stuff there; which is wonderful. Windows are big and have a nice view, toilets are clean, a more than filling breakfast is included. Nothing to complain honestly, recommended to everyone!

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 800 metres from the centre of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the mountains, and free WiFi is available. Excellent location. Wonderful lake view. Clean room. Good personal. Not expensive. Excellent.
