Arcari Garden Hostel ligt op slechts 400 m van het nationaal park Tortuguero, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de kust. Het biedt gratis WiFi in alle ruimtes. The verandah above our room was a tucked away sanctuary with a lovely breeze that we enjoyed whiling away some time on watching the world go by. Staff were helpful and the tours we did fun. Particularly Andreas night tour. He was so informative and excited by nature.

I was able to hear waves all the time - it is very relaxing and unique. At Casa Mamré works very polite and hospitable people, thanks for their service and attention to detail! Everything was very clear. It was very pleasant 10 days for me ! I would highly recommend this place! Straight line from the home, 8 min walk is a National Park with Playa Blanca, from the other side of the home, like 3-5 min walk is a Playa Negra with black sand on it. A few minutes from home is a bus station for all directions (Mepe) and near it is a grocery store Super Negro that accepts bank cards as payment. I so love that home, thanks! ❤️

I want to give a very special mention to Daniela Mejías, who made my experience truly exceptional. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for guests make a remarkable difference. Daniela was always ready to help, answered all my questions with patience, and offered great recommendations about the area. Team members like her elevate the quality of the stay and make you want to return. The hostel is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature, and meeting fellow travelers. The common areas are clean and inviting, the beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe is wonderful. I highly recommend this hostel, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team—especially Daniela—for making my stay unforgettable!

El Hostel del Patio heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Tortuguero. De accommodatie biedt een gedeelde keuken, een excursiebalie en bagageopslag voor gasten. I stayed at this hostel/hotel for 5 days, I was in a dorm and I can say the most comfortable bed ever! It was clean and brand new with big lockers, AC and a big fan with toilets and bathrooms inside each room and a beautiful balcony over the patio where you have many animals coming every day like monkeys and macaws! The people working there are the best 💚 It also has a restaurant and bar with a dock that’s amazing to watch sunset. I honestly could live there it was so green, clean, beautiful and new.

The ambience location and staff/people here really made it a great stay. We only stayed here 2 nights but spent many nights here hanging out before our stay. Highly recommend.
