The husband was the shuttle to the airport in the morning, and the wife packed me a sandwich and snacks to go for my 3:30am shuttle because I was leaving before the included breakfast. They were so amazing and helpful! So nice! Would definitely stay again!!! I felt at home!

All the staff are knowelegable about the tourist destinations in Guatemala and how to get there safely. Many of the staff speak English also. The showers are hot and bathrooms are very clean
