They made our stay memorable with their good humor, helpful tips, and—on request—very delicious food. The city center of Flores is a bit of a walk, but easily reachable by tuk-tuk, so the tranquility of the rooftop terrace more than makes up for it. Recommended.

They went above and beyond to help me get it sorted, even driving me around and talking to airline and bus employees since my Spanish isn't very good. The place is also really cool, and in a great location.
