This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. We got a very nice little house with everything we needed. The view was outstanding and the parking lot was right next the house.

We only stayed for one night but wished it could have been longer

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό. Δυσκολευτήκαμε να φτασουμε γιατί 2 ωρες πιο πριν ήταν κλειστός ο δρόμος λογω καιρου, αλλά είχαμε ενημέρωση από την ξενοδοχο τηλεφωνικά.Ζεστό δωμάτιο και πολύ κοντά το parking για το αμάξι.Η κουζίνα ήταν απίστευτα τακτοποιημένη και μεγάλη.

Το Askja Hostel είναι σε Modrudalur και έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, μπαρ καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi. Το αεροδρόμιο Αεροδρόμιο Vopnafjordur είναι 81 χλμ μακριά από το κατάλυμα. This place is exactly in the middle of the tundra surrounded by very stunning landscapes and mountains. The atmosphere is absolutely magnificent. This actually is a whole camp with a restaurant and a café and a bar with all the infrastructure; and the hostel itself is very pleasant and nice and clean and cosy; I will definitely come back :)
