Este albergue está ubicado en la granja Berunes, junto a la carretera de circunvalación y a 45 km de la localidad de Djúpivogur. Great location, friendly staff and really good breakfast. Our little cottage was incredibly cosy and perfect for our 1-night-stay. There is a tiny church and cemetery on the grounds which adds an interesting/historical touch.

Fantastic hostel in a gorgeous little town. Central location, all the shops are within walking distance. The hostel was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen/dining room area is really lovely, such a nice spot to sit and hang out and look out the window at the town. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough for multiple guests to cook at the same time. Sauna on the bottom floor is also nice. Staff were friendly.

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se encuentra en Seyðisfjörður, a 4,1 km de Gufu Waterfall, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y zona de barbacoa. The host was very pleasant and gave me a lift to the correct building after discovering I was in the wrong one ! I thought that, due a few art students floating around (they were there for a residency) that it was open, and simply not fully in gear yet because it was the very start of the season... I got to the building I was actually supposed to be in and found that that very much wasn't the case! Well stocked facilities, like milk frothers, and if you had a bit of change, use of a coffee machine, plenty of cutlery, with books, jenga and chess, and lots of table space too. The view was gorgeous. I couldn't stop staring out the window in disbelief. The room had its own sink, which was very nice! I had a lovely stay :)
