What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. I highly recommend Hachi Hostel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're a solo traveler or with friends, this place offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views. I can't wait to return!

Feeling Like a Part of Asuke – A Heartwarming Stay Located just a 10-minute walk from Korankei, the hotel offers excellent access, making it an ideal base for exploring the area, especially during the autumn foliage season. The owner’s warm and welcoming personality adds to the charm of this stay. They shared many insights about the history and highlights of Asuke, making me feel as though I had become a part of this beautiful town. I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

Everything was great! It felt like you had your own room while visiting grandma's house. The traditional Japanese style house was very comfortable and cozy and it was a great place to rest after a long day out. All the basic necessities were available, and there was even a complimentary ticket to the onsen nearby. The host lady was very nice and caring, always ready to help if you needed something. Location was also great, a short walk from the nearby train/bus station terminal to get to wherever you need. There is also a convenience store if you need to get snacks, and if you're hungry the host also runs a local Snack Bar Kitchen that you can order food from! Will definitely stay here again when i return!
