He was such sweet soul, very nice and friendly and helpful and doing his best to meet his clients half way. Also enjoyed talking to him, the property is beautifully maintained, they have a rooftop where I could do my yoga practice, it is a true haven indeed.

Staff was amazing, even got a simcard for free and he helped with everything! Very cute quiet place close to the airport, perfect for before or after airport travels!

We loved the location. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. The place is also very clean & spacious. would come again for a longer stay.

Owner of the hostel is very friendly and helpful. He is helping you with trips around Sri Lanka and around the area and organized transportation to the Airport for other Guests early in the Morning. Area is safe and the hostel is very clean and social. I'm definitely going to be back :)

I was in Colombo before and went to Negombo because its a nice place very near the airport. There were certain options to go to, curlys hostel was one of the cheapest in my case. I booked for 3 days and stayed at least 11 days because the room was perfect with a very comfortable bed (I was the only visitor for 8 days) and AC in a cozy house with everything I needed. Curly is a superb host, also the employeed house maker called aunty, the hostel got cleaned every day and the food was delicious. Drank also 'Old Arrack' from Rockland with ice there, can very recommend that spirit

Mario was an amazing host! It was our very first stop in Sri Lanka and Mario kindly sat down to share great advises and tips while visiting the country. He also gave us good driver contact for our next stop. The room was clean, tidy, great value for money, and 20 min drive from the airport. Many thanks again Mario :)

Το Sea Sands Beach Hostel βρίσκεται στη Νεγκόμπο, σε απόσταση 0μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Negombo και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge... This place is absolutely perfect. I started and finished sri lanka in this hostel, which was amazing. It's just in front of the beach. Rooms have ac, which is marvelous, and are clean, and so is the bathroom. They offer free water and there's a fridge you can store your things. The host is really a nice and gentle man. They accept cash and card for payment. And also, it's just 15 min walking from the train station, which takes u to colombo fort, and 10 min walking from the avenue you can take the bus to colombo or some other cities as well. The avenue where this hostel is located has maaaany restaurant options, both cheap and expensive ones, and also souvenir and grocery shops, besides atm, so you have everything you need close to you. If I ever come back to sri lanka, for sure I'm going to this hostel again for some days.
