Hicham and his wife went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They were very kind. We were served tea and pastries when we arrived, our laundry was done for a reasonable fee, and we had dinner there one night. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace. We left an item there by accident and Hicham arranged to have it transported to our next accommodation which was well beyond the call of duty.

Since it was Ramadan, I had iftar with the hostel team four times, and they didn’t charge me anything. That was such a kind gesture. Abdul Kareem is very friendly and professional—you can ask him anything you need, and he’s always available via WhatsApp. I can say they provide 24/7 support. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. Plus, it’s located right in the heart of the medina, making it super easy to explore all the must-see places.

Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στην περιοχή Fes El Bali του προορισμού Φεζ, το Downtown Hostel απέχει 1,6 χλμ από Βασιλικό Παλάτι Fes, 500μ από Bab Bou Jeloud Fes και 600μ από Medersa Bouanania. I was having a long trip when I stayed in La Kasbah Salam. So, the open kitchen and washing machine were treasures for me. And they are free. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, it's inside the old Madinah where I can get around really close by. I would definitely go back to the hotel whenever I visit Fes in the future and will recommend my friends
