Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nice!

Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Great welcoming. Audrey (sp) was SO lovely! The facilities are clean and well maintained. It had everything you needed; WiFi, kitchenette, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, great bathroom, electric outlet (but you have to bring your own adapter), good beds and ventilation. Great location close to the tramway. You have to follow basic courtesy rules obviously.
