Relax a Lodge se encuentra en Kerikeri, a 20 km de Opua Forest, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, piscina al aire libre y jardín. Wonderful property off a main road with a huge orange orchard, cute pigs, and adorable chickens (who follow you around!). Loved that there was always a dog or guests roaming around, but it was still extremely quiet and laid back. Klaus, the proprietor, is a fantastic host who loves to chat while he goes about his day. 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back!!

El Haka House Bay of Islands es un albergue acogedor y elegante situado justo enfrente del pintoresco muelle de Paihia. The location was prime, though it was a bit difficult out to find the entrance as the hostel and reception aren’t on the ground floor. But it was on the waterfront and smack in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and shops with easy access to the ferry system.

El Peppertree Lodge se encuentra bajo una nueva dirección desde mediados de 2022, a solo 80 metros de la playa de Paihia, y ofrece una zona de barbacoa con asientos al aire libre. It’s just really cool. Got to meet lots of people from other countries. The communal aspect was good.

El Centabay Lodge ofrece alojamiento económico en el centro de Paihia. La cama y almohada eran comodísimas, y la presión del agua de la ducha era perfecta.
