We enjoyed the beach with its calm, clear waters. There were also lovely spots nearby that we could easily walk to. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. To get around the island, you can catch the public bus right in front of the hostel.

Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere. everything was perfect! especially the staff was super friendly!!

I found this place last minute and really appreciated that it was pet-friendly and had self check-in, which made everything super easy. The hosts were easy to contact via WhatsApp and responded quickly. There’s no AC, but the bedroom has a large, powerful fan, and there’s another in the shared living room area, so it stayed comfortable. I also appreciated the comfy seating at the dining table. The kitchen area was clean and well equipped.
