Everything-From the rooms to the food choices. Despite coming during the electricity fluctuations in the island and dealing with scheduled use of power/generator, I loved the place. I was able to rest well.

LaFinca Hostel Siargao se encuentra en San Isidro, a pocos pasos de Pacifico Beach, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The best hostel in Pacifico and one of the best boutique-y hostels I’ve stayed in. Highlights were definitely the rooftop common area with the comfortable loungers, kitchen facilities and 360° views of the ocean and jungle and the pod style beds which were bigger than a twin and cozy with the curtains. The property was great especially on stormy days to take cover in the rooftop and relax. It’s really clean, and the staff are lovely & helpful.

Kayan Siargao se encuentra en General Luna, a 4 min a pie de Playa General Luna, y dispone de salón de uso común, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis. Kayan was the most welcoming, friendly and gorgeous hostel we’ve stayed at! Pete and the team are the best hosts, we went out surfing, had family dinners and played a lottt of cards together. They also helped sort tours, bikes and gave some great spots to eat. We’ll be back! <3

Lawi Haven Homestay se encuentra en Burgos, a 21 km de Magpupungko Rock Pools, y dispone de jardín, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Lawi Haven is such a peaceful spot to stay. Beach is just a few steps away! The place is well-kept and clean, with cozy rooms that make it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The staff (Pao and Sam) are warm and accommodating, always ready to help, and the location is perfect for enjoying the quiet side of the island while still being close to what you need. A real hidden gem up north in Burgos!

Sun & Surf Hostel, que se encuentra a 7 min a pie de Playa de Alegria y a 23 km de Magpupungko Rock Pools, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño compartido en Santa Monica. Charming little hostel in the heart of a humble village. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely Italian volunteer who showered us with incredibly useful tips. The air-conditioned rooms are simple yet very comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. Here, you can truly soak in the authentic atmosphere of the North, with local children playing in the streets and friendly residents who greet you with a smile. We were delighted to have discovered this place!

The stay in Sunset was amazing, probably one of the best hostels I've ever been to! And what makes it so special are the people from the team. Special thanks to Lary for being so kind, helpful and sharing his amazing cooking skills with us and Mr. Lee for always making us feel so welcome and for the smiles that never leave your face!

J Travel Trail Inn in Hubangon, Mahinog, Camiguin ofrece alojamiento en Mahinog. El aeropuerto (Aeropuerto de Camiguín) está a 14 km. Muy buen trato y atención. Muy limpio. La cocina es muy espaciosa y los baños tambien. Mi estancia estuvo condicionada por estar solo ( algo que hizo que la disfrutará más).

Haole Surf Hostel está en General Luna, a 8,7 km de Guyam Island, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis, restaurante y bar. I highly recommend this place! We had been looking for something a bit outside of GL and Haole was just perfect. The host was incredibly kind, gave us perfect tips in perfect english. During our stay there was a brief time without water, which the host immediately had fixed for us. The room was super clean and amazing for us, with a shared terrace with freezer, water-refill, a darts game and plenty of space to hang out. The rest of the staff was also super kind. They are handling both the hostel and a restaurant downstairs, which is also very nice! They even fried some eggs that we brought ourselves, as for vegetarians the restaurant does not have that many options. 5 min by scooter from the hostel (bumpy road) there is a beautiful beach (Oceans 9) with a beginner friendly surf spot (beach break, left wave). I have to say, you do need a scooter in this area, distances too far to walk everything.
